10:05 AM Arrive from Chicago. Check in to hotel

Noon - 2:00 PM Meeting and Lunch with “Hill Business Association”
The lunch has been organized directly by the Hill Business Association as an opportunity for the members to meet you and discuss issues relating to Italian trade. Please be prepared to give a brief address at the lunch. The main focus should be on the possible establishment of an Italian American Chamber of Commerce affiliate in St. Louis. The lunch will be at a banquet hall at “Bartolinos” in the Hill area.

2:30 PM - 3:30 PM Meetings with , County Executive - Charles Dooley and Executive Director of the World Trade Center in St. Louis - Tim Nowak
The County is an aggregation of more than 20 different municipalities in the western areas outside the City limits. Charlie Dooley is the County Executive for St. Louis County (which means that he has the same functions as the Mayor of St. Louis with respect to the overall County Government structure). The purpose of the meetings will be a brief introduction to Mr. Dooley and the Executive Director of the WTCin St. Louis - Tim Nowak and an opportunity to discuss trade between Italy and the Missouri businesses located in the County. Many of the major businesses in St. Louis, including Anheuser-Busch, Boeing, Monsanto, Emerson Electric, Mallinkrodt and DRS do significant business with Italy. In fact, DRS was recently purchased by Finnmeccanica.

6:00 PM - 9:00 PM Award the title of “Cavaliere” to Eugene Mariani

11:00 AM - 2:00 PM Visit at Boeing to be followed by lunch with Boeing Executives.
Meeting with Boeing executives, followed by a briefing by them with regard to Boeing products, investments in Italy and the relations with Italian companies that cooperate with Boeing. The meeting will be followed by launch and a tour of Boeing’s Integrated Defense System factory in St. Louis.

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM Visit Honorary Vice Consul Office in St. Louis
We have scheduled this time to visit our office here in St. Louis. Finally, we will have a brief reception for you so that you will have an opportunity to meet the various members of our Firm located in St. Louis. There will be no need to give a formal speech, but we thought it might be interesting for the other members of our Firm to have an opportunity to meet you.
